Associate Director Clinical Pharmacology

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology to provide scientific expertise and strategic support for oncology-focused clinical programs. The role involves designing quantitative analyses, preparing regulatory submissions, and serving as a scientific leader within cross-functional development teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver clinical pharmacology contributions for research programs addressing strategic priorities
- Design, conduct, and oversee development of PK/PD analysis plans and quantitative studies
- Prepare and deliver accurate clinical study reports and regulatory submission documents
- Contribute to strategic program development and communicate complex findings to development teams
- Mentor colleagues and serve as scientific leader within the clinical pharmacology field
Requirements
- PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Medicine
- 8+ years of clinical pharmacology experience
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and quantitative analysis
- Ability to design and oversee analysis plans independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory and scientific audiences
- Experience preparing clinical study reports and regulatory submissions
Compensation: $176,100–$287,300 annually
