Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Support the well-being of infant patients and collaborate with medical teams to deliver optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critically ill neonates and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs per protocols.
• Utilize NICU equipment and technologies to support infant care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Educate and support families of neonatal patients throughout their stay.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state or applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience at Level III or higher.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
