Senior Manager Global Accounts & Large Network Groups (f/m/d)

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with global health systems and key stakeholders in Large Network Groups (LNGs). Provide global business leadership and account management, including supplier operations, relationship expansion, and resolution of customer issues. Define and execute a CXO relationship strategy, coordinate executive business reviews, and maintain customer satisfaction. Lead strategic sales initiatives, close RFPs, and ensure positive margin expansion across the customer contract lifecycle. Collaborate across functional resources (Executives, Sales, Operations, Business Units, Service, and Professional Services) to support customer interests. Partner with service organization to guarantee successful installation, go‑live, and post‑install maintenance. Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives and align local/regional sales teams with overall LNG objectives. Create and execute an overall business strategy that drives year‑over‑year revenue growth and sustained partnership. Qualifications Master’s Degree preferred. 7+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory consulting environment. Demonstrated ability to understand and align with the business and financial goals of large, complex global accounts. Proven track record managing global accounts with close collaboration to local sales teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills. Solid project management skills with a focus on portfolio delivery. Willingness to travel 50‑75% of the time.
