What You'll Do

• Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety procedures
• Document patient data accurately using Epic software
• Adapt care to meet diverse patient needs and promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, proficient in Epic documentation

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Certification in a specialty ICU area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and ability to work under pressure
