Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Summary: Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities: Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment, identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct tests and analyze data to verify equipment functionality and recommend improvements for reliability. Interpret and understand control operations and sequences for various HVAC systems. Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Lead teams, providing training and coaching to apprentices and co-workers as needed. Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude in all interactions. Follow all safety standards, including NFPA 70e and Lockout Tag Out procedures. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience working daily on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment and systems. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety policies, and standard operating procedures. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including the basic refrigeration cycle and electrical systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and deciphering electrical schematics. Pipefitting skills with both black pipe and copper materials. High School Diploma required. Completion of Trade School or HVAC Apprenticeship Program preferred. EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
