Description Job Title: DSP Facility Manager (Residential Care – Level 3 Facility) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $19–$21/hr (DOE) | W2 Employee About Us: Ignite Home Care is a licensed Level 3 Adult Residential Facility that values compassion, structure, and growth. We are a team committed to providing high‑quality, person‑centered care to adults with developmental disabilities in a safe, nurturing home environment. Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is ready to step into a leadership role as our Facility Manager . This role involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations, supervising staff, supporting resident care, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility operations and DSP team Ensure all shifts are covered and staff are supported Maintain accurate resident documentation and reports Support residents with ADLs, medication, and behavioral goals Serve as the point of contact for regulatory visits, vendors, and families Uphold Title 22/Title 17 standards and company policies Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of DSP experience required Must be at least 21 years old Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Must be able to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan and background check Valid CPR/First Aid and physical/TB test (or willingness to complete) Ability to lead by example Schedule: Flexible scheduling available Growth opportunities Supportive leadership and culture Bi‑weekly pay | Direct deposit To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief message about why this role speaks to you.
