Senior Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. This role will be responsible for translating complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable, well-governed technology solutions. The Senior Systems Analyst will support Legal and Compliance applications within the Corporate Technology organization, partnering closely with Developers, Application Administrators, and cross-functional technology teams. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery. Must Have: Ability to identify and apply AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality within test automation processes. Experience modernizing, enhancing, or automating business processes and systems in a regulated environment. Proven success leading or coordinating small to midsize technology initiatives from requirements through delivery. Experience Required: 5–8 years of experience in a systems analysis or related role within a financial services or other highly regulated environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex requirements with a high degree of attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint). Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies , including Scrum and/or Kanban. Moderate to advanced SQL skills , with experience analyzing data to support requirements, testing, or issue resolution. Experience supporting or developing automated testing solutions and familiarity with modern testing frameworks and software such as Selenium and Playwright , including regression or API testing. This also requires some experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell . Nice To Have: Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, or GRC platforms is a strong plus. Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps workflows.
