Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN to join our team for the overnight/day shift. This PRN position plays a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients during nighttime/daytime hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent clinical skills, and a genuine passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to clients, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and mental health status and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Offer emotional support and education to clients, fostering a therapeutic environment. Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing staff. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
