PRN Physical Therapist (PT) 

Skilled Nursing Facility | Venice, FL

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-focused environment dedicated to restoring mobility, strength, and independence.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and endurance

• Educate residents and families on safety, mobility, and adaptive techniques

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (required)

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
