Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license/certification required.
- Previous experience in a school environment or pediatrics preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
- Capable of supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for K-12 caseloads.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring high-quality and compliant services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ access to educational opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.
