The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, youll be the strategic driver behind projects valued at $5M+, ensuring theyre delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Youll balance big-picture planning with hands-on executionaligning teams, materials, schedules, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution
• Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Proactively manage change orders, including negotiation, documentation, and execution
• Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications
• Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience, including projects over $5M
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex commercial projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and local codes
• Expertise in risk management, change orders, and material procurement
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
