Quality Administrator

Summary This individual is responsible for reviewing as part of formal contract review activities, managing all quality clauses and related quality requirements contained within customer contracts, ensuring accurate interpretation and effective flow-down of applicable contractual and business requirements to appropriate levels of production and manufacturing. The role supports customer source inspection activities, maintains company documentation and records, and coordinates documentation associated with operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include the preparation, scanning, electronic archiving, maintenance, and retrieval of company documentation to ensure records are complete, legible, traceable, and readily available to support internal operations, customer requests, and audit requirements. Job Duties and Responsibilities Verify the completeness of the Contract/Purchase Orders and print contract review forms for Inspection. General data entry, filing, scanning, and electronic archiving of company documentation and records. Gather and prepare documentation for scanning and electronic archiving in support of Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, Audit, and regulatory needs. Scan, save, retrieve, and distribute company documentation as requested by internal departments, customers, or auditors. Conduct paperwork audits for completeness and follow up until resolved. Able to review and certify documentation packages for completeness and enter appropriate data into the Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) system prior to shipment of hardware, as required. Advise and coordinate customer quality issues with the Sales Department as they relate to contractual requirements. Coordinate documentation for shipping hardware with both the Sales and Accounting Departments. Dock-to-Stock paperwork and ERP processing. Gagetrak entry and calibration certification scanning. Process incoming RMAs. Create RMA work orders and request or follow up on components from the warehouse. Update and maintain RMA tracker and coordinate status with contract teams. Support Material Review Board (MRB) functions as required. Support FAA audits and FAA-related paperwork. Basic inspection support, as needed. Will be required to perform other job duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Qualification Requirements Education/Experience High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 2-4 years related experience Language Skills Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Math Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Skills Ability to understand and follow instructions conveyed through written, verbal, or diagrammatic means. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
