What You'll Do Deliver outstanding service to customers by phone, email, text, and in person. Have outbound call goals like that of a telemarketer. Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and coverage while providing clear, accurate information. Process policy changes and assist customers with their insurance needs. Proactively identify opportunities to help customers better protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses. Follow up on customer requests and ensure every issue is resolved promptly. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience every day. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for helping people. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using computers and learning new technology. A positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn and be part of a high producing, fast paced, goal oriented team. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. A candidate who either has their Property & Casualty license already or can get it within 30 days.
