Registered Nurse (RN) Assessments & Supervisory Visits (Hourly) BrightStar Care of W. Central Las Vegas & Henderson
Pay: $45 per hour
Schedule: Flexible | Part-Time or Full-Time Available

BrightStar Care Home Health is seeking a professional and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to complete client assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work without being tied to a facility setting.

This role focuses on clinical oversight, quality assurance, and care plan development to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.

Position Overview

As a BrightStar Care RN Assessment & Supervisory Nurse, you will conduct in-home assessments, complete reassessments, and perform supervisory visits to support caregivers and ensure compliance with care plans and clinical standards.

This position is hourly and offers flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability.

Primary Responsibilities

Clinical & Supervisory Duties

• Conduct initial in-home client assessments must be completed within 24 hours of Start of Care
• Complete reassessments and updates to care plans
• Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and nurses
• Evaluate client condition and report changes
• Provide clinical guidance and education to caregivers
• Ensure compliance with BrightStar Care and Joint Commission standards
• Document assessments and visits in web-based charting system
• Communicate with office staff regarding client needs and updates

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RN License
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home care preferred)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current BLS Certification
• Negative TB test (2-step)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable entering homes where pets may be present
• Strong communication and organizational skills
