Program ManagerKoniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ten (10) years' experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.Ten (10) years' experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five (5) years' experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.Five (5) years' experience with the DoW's Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.Education:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:System EngineeringAerospace EngineeringElectrical EngineeringPhysical SciencesSoftware EngineeringCyber EngineeringAI /ML EngineeringPreferred Skills and Experience:Ten (10) years' experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.Five (5) years' experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).Clearance Requirement:TS/SCI (SAP eligible)Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
