Job Description - RN-Medical/Surgical (7468-621) Job Description RN-Medical/Surgical - 7468-621 Central Carolina Description Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical/surgical setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family. Communicates effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. Qualifications Training commensurate with RN licensure, required. 1 year of experience in a health care setting, preferred. Must have current Registered Nurse Licensure. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification according to CCH policy. ACLS and PALS certifications, preferred. Basic computer skills, preferred. Must be able to work on smoke-free campus.
