Treasurer and Finance Operations

To support a growing global organization, the full-time Treasurer and Finance Operations will build and lead a modern treasury function, focusing on global liquidity strategy, banking relationships, and financial controls while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and optimize global treasury strategy, cash forecasting, and liquidity planning Administer debt facilities and manage lender relationships while ensuring compliance with financial covenants Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP integrations and automation of treasury processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent certification preferred 8-12+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or FP&A, with a focus on cash forecasting and liquidity management Experience with multinational treasury operations and leading finance transformation initiatives Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills, along with deep treasury and banking expertise Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and leverage technology in finance operations
