Field Marketing Specialist | Events & Lead Generation (Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week) BathWorks of Michigan provides one-day bath and shower remodels for homeowners, delivering high-quality home improvement solutions across the state. This role focuses on promoting our services at events and generating new customer interest. We’re hiring Part-Time Field Marketing Specialists to support lead generation and brand presence at home shows, festivals, and community events. This position blends marketing, customer interaction, and sales fundamentals. With shorter 4–6 hour shifts, this role is designed to fit around your schedule while giving you hands-on, real-world experience.
