We are currently expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dishwasher to join us.

As a Dishwasher at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are washed efficiently to support the seamless operation of our culinary team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure all washed items are properly stored.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Manage garbage disposal and recycling activities.
• Adherent to health and safety standards at all times.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
