Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Practical Nurse (LPN) : Provide exceptional care to our residents and contribute to the success of our skilled nursing facility Requirements Must be a Licensed Nurse in Florida or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Familiarity working with elderly population Proficiency in English Maintains First Aid and CPR certification Additional Information Shifts: 3PM/11PM and 11PM to 7AM positions available #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfport Nursing Center
