Role Description Pizzazz Group is looking for a highly organized and hands on Creative Services Manager to lead and support our creative team, consisting of one graphic designer and one website developer. This is not a role for someone who simply delegates tasks and manages meetings. We're looking for a leader who enjoys working alongside the team, providing creative direction, maintaining quality standards, and helping execute projects from start to finish. Working directly with the owner, you will lead our creative team, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet our quality standards, and provide an exceptional client experience. You'll help prioritize projects, improve workflows, remove roadblocks, provide creative direction, and step in whenever needed to keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands effective digital marketing, and knows what makes websites, branding, and creative campaigns successful. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership, project management, or agency environment preferred Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a small team Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, maintain quality control, and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to provide creative direction, review work, maintain quality standards, and support the team throughout project execution Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong eye for design and branding Experience with SEO, WordPress development and content management execution Understanding of what makes a successful marketing campaign from both a creative and operational perspective Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members #J-18808-Ljbffr Pizzazz Group
