Quality Assurance Engineer I

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a USA - Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ to join their team. As a USA - Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: USA - Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ Location: Skaneateles, NY Pay Range: $28.3 What's the Job? Drive continuous improvement actions focused on product quality. Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop acceptance criteria for production processes. Analyze production quality data to identify trends or issues requiring action or CAPA activity. Assist in creating and implementing procedures within the quality management system. Review manufacturing process and part deviations, and support external audits and customer inquiries related to quality assurance. What's Needed? Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience with manufacturing and quality methodologies such as QFD, Six Sigma, Lean, etc. Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and tools. Experience with formal quality systems such as ISO 13485 or ISO 9001. Proficiency in reading technical product documentation and using Microsoft Office tools. What's in it for me?
