Director, Contingent Workforce Strategy, Procurement & Program Operations

Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise strategy, operating model, and governance for contingent workforce program
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce, supplier, and commercial decisions
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for contingent workforce and professional services
- Own performance outcomes across cost, compliance, supplier quality, and operational effectiveness
- Direct transformation initiatives and cross-functional governance forums for workforce ecosystem
Requirements
- Strategic procurement and category management leadership experience
- Contingent workforce or external labor program management expertise
- Experience with supplier governance and managed services partnerships
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and strategic business partnering skills
- Workforce analytics, demand management, and compliance knowledge
- Executive-level communication and decision-making capability
