Job TitleAccountable for using US Foods methodology and Project Management expertise to work across the IT and Business organizations in delivering product releases for an enterprise data warehouse.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicates to project stakeholderDocuments minutes, action items etc from Project meetingsUses US Foods methodology in all systems implementationsConfigures SharePoint for projectAuthors and publishes Project CharterConfigures and updates Project Management PlanSchedules and facilitates Toll Gates (manages IT stage containment)Approves Business Requirements as technically completeGets sign off on Business Requirements from StakeholdersReviews Non Functional Requirements for completenessPublishes deliverable based status reports every weekVerifies Use cases to cover Business RequirementsNegotiates and documents UAT exit criteriaVerifies test plan meets RequirementsMaintains Risk, Next Step, Issues logApproves Testing results for Unit, SIT, UATManages defect resolution processPublishes and maintains change control processConducts and documents lessons learnedDevelops project Work Effort estimatesDocuments minutes, action items etc from Project meetings under Sr PM SupervisionSkills Required4-6 years prior experience in applying proven project management methodologies to large mission critical projects4-6 years prior experience with using Agile methodology a plusComputer Science or related degree preferredStrong facilitation, verbal and written communication skills requiredProject Management Certification from a reputable institution. PMP Preferred.
