- Serve as a trusted, senior front-line representative of the Bank in a customer-facing environment
- Take on expanded responsibility, including account management, customer relationship support, and complex transactions
- Support and mentor Universal Banker I and II teammates through training and daily guidance
- Play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with Branch leadership, Commercial Bankers, Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance partners
- Build deep expertise across deposit relationships, account servicing, and treasury referrals

- Serve customers promptly and professionally in person, through drive-thru, by phone, and through written communication
- Open, close, and maintain customer accounts, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness
- Process advanced transactions including cashier's checks, stop payments, wires, and account servicing requests
- Manage deposit relationships and support Commercial Bankers, Senior Banking Officers, and Market leadership
- Promote and explain Bank products and services; make appropriate referrals to internal partners
- Assist with treasury referrals, merchant services, and credit card applications
- Support online banking setup and maintenance for new and existing customers
- Train, coach, and support Universal Banker I and II teammates; provide coverage as needed
- Balance cash drawer and assist with teller functions as required
- Assist Branch leadership with audits, controls, and operational processes
- Support general branch operations, documentation routing, and additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of banking platform experience
- Strong working knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and security practices
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Some college coursework
- Experience in branch operations, account servicing, or deposit relationship management
- Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar core banking systems
- Adheres to workplace policies, Code of Conduct, confidentiality, privacy, and information security standards
- Complies with all applicable regulatory requirements, including BSA, AML, and USA PATRIOT Act policies
- Acts strictly within authorized limits and delegated authorities
- Follows established controls and procedures to protect the Bank, customers, and shareholders
- Actively mitigates risk by following all security, cash-handling, and operational guidelines
