FOS - Pilot Selection Pilot Interviewer, DPS

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Pilot Selection interviewers support Flight Operations goal of hiring talented and qualified candidates for a pilot position. Interviewers will work in teams to interview and assess if a candidate meets Delta’s rigorous standards for employment. Commitment Expect to spend 3 - 8 days per month conducting interviews. In some cases, these may be short notice assignments All interviews are conducted in ATL at the General Offices This role works on an “as needed” basis, this is a part-time position What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
