Sales Specialist - Digital Pathology

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist for its Digital Pathology division to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the Upper Midwest. The remote position requires developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating product demonstrations while maintaining CRM data. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales experience, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel 50–75% within territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual product sales goals for assigned territory in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, and Dakotas
- Maintain accurate customer data and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce with manager coaching
- Deliver sales support and coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer training
- Monitor competitive activities and develop market awareness strategies
- Develop proficiency with Danaher Business System tools including Power BI and Territory Business Reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Contract negotiation and high-level selling experience
- Salesforce.com or other CRM software proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
