Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Description *Full Time, Night Shift, 6pm-6am, 7on / 7 off* The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for completing medical histories and physical exams and provides treatment to Family Practice patients in accordance with the medical plan of care; critical pathways; established Self Regional Healthcare, Self-Medical Group, and Medical/Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Any other assigned duties per Practice Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration.
