Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Free parking Paid sick time Paid time off Prental leave Professional development assistance Responsibilities Manage case files from filing through resolution across Nebraska and South Dakota Collect, organize, and analyze medical records and billing Prepare detailed medical chronologies and identify key issues in causation and damages Draft discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare materials for expert review and disclosure Assist with depositions, including scheduling, preparation, and summarizing testimony Prepare cases for mediation and trial, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Nebraska and South Dakota procedural rules Assist with settlement documentation, subrogation, and other liens, and case closing Qualifications Minimum of three years of plaintiff personal injury or medical malpractice litigation experience required Experience handling cases in Nebraska and/or South Dakota required Strong working knowledge of the civil litigation process from filing through trial Experience with ordering medical and billing records, handling subrogation matters Experience drafting discovery and working with expert witnesses Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex cases Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Compensation Compensation: $50,589.88 - $60,925.45 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Watson & Carroll
