Membership fees start at only $10 and grant access to state-of-the-art cardio machines, comprehensive offerings of classes and instructors, and even smoothie bars, cinema cardio rooms, and Kids Clubs so parents can work out peacefully.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOpening the club on time daily.Arriving at 3:50a.m. to walk through the club and Open at 4:00a.m. and work until 11:00amGreet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service by saying hello and goodbye to each member.Handle all front desk related activities including:Answer phones in an upbeat friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.Check-in all members into the system.New member sign-up.Take prospective members on tours.Count money in the registerLearn and understand our computer operating systemFacilitate needed updates to member's accounts.Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or General Manager as needed.Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.Qualifications/RequirementsCustomer service background preferred.Basic computer proficiency.A passion for fitness and health.Upbeat and positive attitude!Punctuality and reliability is a must.Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.High School diploma/GED equivalent required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Physical Functions:Must have reliable transportation to be at facility Monday-FridayAbility to work in a group or team setting;Face To Face Retail Customer Service experience preferred;The ability to stand/work on your feetThe ability to be energetic and outgoing at all times;The ability to handle weights of up to 50lbsMaxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our fitness team!
