As a member of our care team, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

• Care for the patient in the comfort of their own home
• Work closely with family members to ensure loved one is receiving requested care
• Work with a team of RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment

A few must-haves for Care staff:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Some knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations is preferred
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with Seniors
• RELIABILITY and ability to SELF MOTIVATE is required
• Reliable transportation, ability to travel to multiple clients in a day if needed
