Customer Service Rep

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in St Louis, United States. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, delivering exceptional support and building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records and interaction documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate management personnel
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Multitask effectively while maintaining quality service during high-volume periods
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive support

Qualifications include:

• Proven customer service experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong active listening and empathy skills
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Patience and composure when handling difficult or frustrated customers
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets
• Preferred experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Preferred knowledge of relevant products or services
• Preferred experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
