Tche is the first and only pure pistachio milk on the market. Founded in 2020, Tche is for discerning individuals looking to transform have-to compromises into must-have essentials.

The Brand Ambassador's role is to engage with current and potential customers in our key markets to bring our brand and story to life through in-store demos, field marketing events, and guerrilla marketing. The Brand Ambassador is an extension of our beloved brand, the first point of contact with our consumer, and an important part of our collaborative and supportive team. This role will require a deep understanding of the Tche brand and product, and excellent interpersonal skills. What You'll Do:

• Proactively engage with consumers during retail and field marketing sampling events to tell the story of Tche's brand and products.
• Merchandise, take inventory, and sample product at in-store demos at retailers across the Northeast.
• Perform against key program KPIs, including sales goals, conversion rates, coupon distribution, and new consumer engagement.
• Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude when representing Tche's brand and while working with team members.
• Provide feedback and insight on new products and/or services.
• Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shift and demo procedures.
• Create and submit high quality recaps within 1 day of an event. Recaps to include precise counts of consumers sampled (we'll provide a counter clicker to track).

What It Requires:

• Weekly availability for in-store demos (some evenings and weekends included)
• Outgoing individual with strong communication skills, energized by talking to new customers.
• Takes initiative, is organized and detail oriented.
• Passion for better-for-you beverages.
• Previous demoing/selling experience is a big plus.
• Access to a vehicle for transportation to sampling events.
