Physician – Primary Care \n
Location: Mansfield, OH 44905\n
Duration: Minimum 6 months \n
Schedule: Day Shift (40 hours per week )\n
Work Schedule: Weekday schedule with flexible start and end times based on facility needs \n
Patient Volume: Up to 2.5 patients per hour \n

Position Summary \n
\nWe are seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) Physician with primary care experience to provide comprehensive medical services in a healthcare setting. Candidates with a background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine are encouraged to apply.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities \n
\n•    Provide comprehensive primary care services. \n
\n•    Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and medical assessments. \n
\n•    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. \n
\n•    Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results. \n
\n•    Prescribe and manage medications. \n
\n•    Complete patient evaluations and required medical reviews. \n
\n•    Refer patients for specialty care when appropriate. \n
\n•    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). \n
\n•    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. \n
\n•    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities. \n
\n•    Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care. \n

Minimum Qualifications \n
\n•    MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. \n
\n•    Active Ohio Medical License. \n
\n•    Board Certified or Board Eligible in: \n
\no    Internal Medicine \n
\no    Family Medicine \n
\no    Emergency Medicine \n
\n•    Experience in primary care required. \n
\n•    Current Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR certification. \n
\n•    Active DEA Registration. \n
