As a Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT) , you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
\n
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
\n
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
\n
• Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and staff
\n

\n
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
\n
• Strong clinical and communication skills
\n
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
\n
• New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship available

• Experience in outpatient setting is a plus
\n
