NPI Product Data Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:

• Product Data / Program Management professional to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring product and technical data is clear, accurate, and operationally ready across the full hardware lifecycle-from early concept and NPI through mass production and eventual obsolescence.
• This role sits at the intersection of data integrity, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination, supporting large-scale infrastructure planning and execution across a global footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate product data workflows across the server hardware lifecycle
• Partner with program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute data and process updates
• Maintain and improve data quality across forecasting, procurement, and deployment workflows
• Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies using structured reporting and dashboards
• Prepare clear, executive-ready documentation, metrics, and presentations

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or project support
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, detail-oriented technology or corporate environments
• Strong proficiency with data management tools (spreadsheets, tracking systems, reporting dashboards)
• Experience creating clear, concise presentations for cross-functional or leadership audiences
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across time zones and teams
• Exposure to hardware, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, or technical product environments
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
