Position Purpose This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial reporting for the Manufacturing business. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Month‑end closing. Product costing and price variance analysis. Analyze actual overheads vs budget and forecast. Prepare inventory reports, analysis of variances and perform stock provision workings. Assist AFC & FC in forecast and budget preparation. Analyze revenue and cost of sales vs budget and forecast. Quarterly supplier statement reconciliation. Cash and bank management and bank reconciliation. Payroll reconciliation and posting. Manage tasks related to fiscal year closing. Handle statutory and internal audits. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, required. CPA or CMA qualification is preferred but not mandatory. 6‑10 years’ experience in finance and accounting. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies 6‑10 years’ experience as an accountant in the manufacturing industry. Strong Excel knowledge is a must. Work experience in SAP is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Job Conditions Both office environment and occasional manufacturing/factory environment. Subject to noise and temperature changes. Physical Requirements Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand and walk. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
