Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Experience supporting intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Ability to work rotating days and nights with flexible weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the Labor & Delivery experience
• Deliver safe, high-quality intrapartum care to support labor progression and maternal/fetal wellbeing
• Provide postpartum nursing care and monitor recovery needs
• Assist with newborn care and family education during the postpartum period
• Circulate in the OR as needed in a labor and delivery hospital setting
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
