Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. At Dynamic Dental, we are striving to create offices that harness the power of being part of a larger group while also retaining the ability to let each practice and each dentist serve their community and meet their patient's needs efficiently without feeling like they are caught in corporate dentistry. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various dental procedures and patient care, delivering the highest-quality dental care and the highest-quality customer service. Daily rate of $1200 guaranteed for 4 months. Duties: - Perform dental assessments and diagnosis a full range of dental conditions- Carry out dental treatments
- Create treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care Requirements: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures
- Knowledge of dental terminology, medical records, and medical imaging techniques
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and maintaining a sterile environment
- Experience working in a dental office setting Preferred Skills: - Ability to be a clinical leader for the team - Ability to connect with patients and maintain long term professional relationships - Excellent communicator - Interest in true comprehensive care and quality education for patients This position offers competitive compensation based on collections. We offer an in-house lab and cover all lab costs. This means your lab tech is literally one text or call away.
