Sales Consultant – Automotive

Compensation: Up to $150,000/year (commission + incentives)

Toyota of Killeen is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while building long-term relationships.

• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery

• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Follow the dealership sales process and maintain CRM records

• Keep up with Toyota products, features, and market trends

• Maintain sales goals, customer satisfaction scores, and monthly targets

• Work with management to develop strategies to increase sales

• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
