• 24-hour beeper call — shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM
• Patient load: 10 patients per shift
• Required call response time: 25 minutes
• Annual deliveries: 360
• Necessary skills: vaginal delivery, C-section, breech, multiple births
• Required procedures: amniocentesis and OB ultrasounds
• Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic procedures
• Provider coverage pool available
