HR Coordinator / HR SpecialistWe are hiring an HR Coordinator / HR Specialist to join a growing company in the Cypress area! This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoys being involved in the full employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of HR experience and strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, particularly with new hire onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify, along with a solid understanding of employee relations. Must also be bilingual English/Spanish.What You'll Do:Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientationProcess and maintain I-9s and E-VerifyUtilize ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and employee recordsAssist with employee relations and day-to-day HR questionsMaintain accurate and confidential employee files and documentationSupport HR policies, procedures, and compliancePartner with managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experienceAssist with other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as neededWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of hands-on HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar roleAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field requiredStrong experience with ADP Workforce NowHands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-VerifyExperience handling employee relationsBilingual English/Spanish requiredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plusExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallySelf-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organizationPosition Details:Location: Cypress, TXSalary: $65,000 to $75,000 + Bonus100% In OfficeHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMExcellent BenefitsIf you're an HR professional with strong ADP Workforce Now, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and employee relations experience, and you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a successful company, I'd love to hear from you!
