Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Based on Experience and Skills

• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist: $95,000+

• Talent Acquisition Leader/Manager: $120,000+

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, professional, technical, and leadership positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and succession planning initiatives
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and plant leadership
• Conduct candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and talent assessments
• Guide hiring managers through interview, selection, and offer processes to ensure effective hiring decisions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to drive hiring effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs, and community outreach programs
• Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within ATS and recruiting systems
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, automotive, or operations environments
• Proven success recruiting leadership positions, including Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and Plant Leadership roles
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
• Background recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, supply chain, quality, production, and operational leadership positions
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse, or similar systems
