Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions centered on verbal communication, language skills, fluency, voice control, and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate with a multifaceted team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to develop integrated care plans.

Provide education to patients and families to foster progress beyond therapy sessions.

Support inpatient services with occasional evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care.

Ensure meticulous documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Obtained a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required for those not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for a diverse population, with a deep understanding of developmental, acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
