Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Medical Assistant  to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Linwood (4x per week), Manahawkin (1x per week), Hammonton (1x per month) Offices . The Medical Assistant will support providers by preparing documentation, assisting with patient care tasks, and managing clinical workflows to ensure efficient and compassionate service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare environment. Job Title: Medical Assistant

Pay Rate : $20-23/hour depending on specialty and experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments. 
• Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, and plans as instructed by provider). 
• Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.) 
• Assist with in-office injections. 
• Respond to patient calls and inquiries. 
• Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries. 
• Any and all other tasks as directed by providers. 

Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:

• Certified Medical Assistant with minimum 1 year of experience; Orthopedic experience a plus. 
• Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus. 
• Knowledge of medical terminology; musculoskeletal/neuro/psych a plus.
