Role Description The Truck Driver role at FBC Chemical Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Medina, OH. FBC Drivers are responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver bulk and packaged chemicals and related products to customers in the PA, OH, NY and WV regions, following all company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Daily tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, securing loads, driving scheduled routes, and unloading materials at customer locations using appropriate equipment and procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate delivery documentation, communicating effectively with dispatch and customers, and adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines. The Truck Driver is expected to represent FBC Chemical professionally, provide courteous service, and support the companys commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record, with demonstrated truck driving experience.
• Experience with safe truck operation, including pre-trip inspections and handling chemical or industrial products.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for commercial motor vehicles.
• Ability to safely unload materials using appropriate tools and equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety in all driving and unloading activities.
• Effective communication skills and professional customer service when interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Previous experience transporting chemicals or hazardous materials is beneficial; relevant endorsements are a plus.
