As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

1. Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems found in work processes and procedures.
2. Conduct studies or parts of studies involving work processes and administrative procedures.
3. Gather and organize narrative and statistical information using established methods, techniques, and precedents, such as questionnaires, interviews, review of computer data, and comparison of past and present records.
4. Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and improve internal administrative operations.
5. Participate in project assignments, conduct research, reconcile conflicting data, develop evaluations, and recommend strategies.
6. Ensure managerial guidelines and administrative procedures reflect efficient and effective use of time and resources; support compliance with agency and organizational policies.
7. Provide developmental level support in management and program analysis; participate in meetings, assist with HR activities, updates SOPs, and coordinate information.
8. Identify risks, support internal controls, gather documentation, and implement governance practices.
9. Provide support to senior analysts, conduct analyses, prepare recommendations, support meetings, and document processes.
10. Provide management and program analysis support; applies established methods; participates in meetings and HR discussions.
11. Prepare routine/recurring reports; assist with studies; support coordination; maintain SOPs; communicate with stakeholders.
