Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled RN with ICU experience to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. This role requires excellent clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state-specific certification.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, equipment, and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
