On-Site HR Business Partner & Payroll Specialist
EIS, Inc.
Electrical Insulation Suppliers (EIS) is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide on-site HR support across facilities in the region. You will manage payroll data, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations to sustain a compliant, positive workplace. The role requires travel to sites, knowledge of local employment laws (CA and MX), and bilingual English/Spanish communication.
