We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and loves keeping everything organized behind the scenes. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from crossing things off a to do list, has a knack for multitasking, and brings positive energy wherever you go, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:

• Scheduling interviews and keeping recruiting calendars organized
• Speaking with applicants over the phone and providing a welcoming first impression
• Communicating with candidates through phone, email, and text throughout the hiring process
• Supporting hiring managers with recruiting coordination and administrative tasks
• Assisting with onboarding paperwork and preparing new hires for their first day
• Maintaining applicant records, spreadsheets, and recruiting databases with accuracy
• Managing general administrative tasks that help keep the office running efficiently
• Helping create a positive, organized, and welcoming experience for both candidates and team members

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Can confidently manage multiple priorities while staying positive and professional
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
• Learns quickly, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems
• Values teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
